Tis the engagment season!!! I had the pleasure of capturing this beautiful couples engagement session. You could just feel the love they have for one another. I mean look at these guys aren’t they cute as ever. I can’t wait to shoot their wedding this fall.

For their engagement session we decided to do them at Federal Hill Park. The park has so much to offer, skyline. harbor, greenery and more. What’s not to love!!!!!

One of my fave engagement sessions yet. This couple is doing the 1920’s Gatsby theme wedding. So we decided to add the theme to their engagement session. We had so much fun doing this session it was a blast from the past. The session was held at Ellicott City’s local Wayside Inn Bed and Breakfast. Such a beutiful place inside and out if you are looking for a place to get married at look no further. The Bed and Breakfast offers a beautiful vintage feel on the inside and the outside offers beautiful landscaping, a pond, beautiful trees and flowers all around. Not only that the owners are just sweet as they can be!

After our fun we drove over to Old Town Ellicott City and took shots up and down the strip and alley ways. When we got to the city we changed up the style. Michelle put on a beautiful flapper style dress and Jordan was quite the gentleman in his suite.

Michelle’s dress can be found from this really cool site called Rent The Runway. The dress is made by Laundry by Shelli Segal.
Rent The Runway offers a variety of pretty much any dress you can dream up from casual wear all the way to wedding dresses.

I had such a wonderful time working with this couple.  We took a trip to Annapolis, MD at Jonas Greene Park.  The park was absolutely beautiful and the sun was setting in the perfect location. It truly was such a dreamy session and I could see how much Karli and Joe loved one another, so it made taking pictures of them extremely easy!

I asked Karli to write a lil note stating how they met! And here it is:

“Funny how Joe and I met. We used to live in the same area for 8 years, and did not meet until a few months after I moved over 40 miles away. We both had a mutual best friend that invited me to Joe’s house for a New Years Eve party. That is where we caught each others eye. We were connected to each other ever since. 2 years later on the same day we met, he proposed to me. Lined along the entire dock were beautiful candles, our song was playing, and our sisters standing at the end. I balled my eyes out the entire time. He is truly something rare! That’s where the story with my best friend began.”
